Default Leaving Australia in 24hrs for Appleton

I am leaving Australia around 24 hours from now for my first Gordon Lightfoot concert, which is on Sunday Mar30 in Appleton, Wisconsin. I'm in Dress Circle 2, row F, seats 205 & 206, with Sue from Milwaukee. I'm spending Mar28-31 in Wisconsin, Mar31-Apr2 in northern New York State & Apr2-4 in New Hampshire, arriving back in Australia on Apr6. Soon after that, I will post a review of the concert, as many corfid people have requested. Thanks again to those who have contacted me through this website. You have made the journey even more special.

Dave:

Safe travels my friend. The weather forecast looks good here in the Upper Midwest for the concerts. Winter has been stubborn to leave but we're finally seeing some relief from cold and snow.

We'll be in Appleton, sitting in the first row of the Dress Level, so I will try to find you.

My wife and I are also attending both concerts Saturday night in Onamia as well.

Then I'm doing one of my "Bucket Lst" items and driving down to Des Moines on Tuesday to take in 3 concerts in 4 nights.

I will be posting set lists and give reports after my return.

Lots of driving but worth it to see this guy from Canada who has been such a friend for over 35 years. So glad I have been able to talk with him a few times to tell him how often he sings in my car !!

Hey Dave, let me be the first "Cheesehead" to welcome you to our beautiful state. Have a great time at the concert, and don't forget to take some time out for a beer and a brat!
