I was listening to the radio on the way to work and Murray and Shannon B were talking about entertainment history and Murray says "Hey, I know where crazy Deby from Kremmling was two years ago" Shannon asked where and he said waiting for the Gordon Lightfoot concert that never happened in Canada. It was two years ago today.

I thought about it all day yesterday. That night was worrisome after we were turned away in Orillia, but nothing like waking up to reports of a life saving helicopter trip and surgery two years ago this morning..
He's healthy and strong and doing what he loves....thankfully.

Yes that Sunday was an amazing day. I caught silverheels on AOL Instant Mesasenger shortly after hearing the alarming news (I think I received an email from Charlene)and Bruna told me that "we're all in the chat room" and sure enoughg a great number of concerned fans met there (somewhere I have details but I think I noted that over thirty
came in (some briefly but I think there were always at least 15 there)
Char came up with a link to a Hamilton radio station web site with a live internet broadcast so we were able to hear the various bulletins and hear Rick's little speech. Quite incredible.Perhaps you can realise why I am so keen to keep the chat room going
(thanks Deby for your emailed expression of thanks)

I wonder if the chat room would have a bigger attendance if it were held like on a Wednesday instead of Friday at 9 pm? I don't know anybody who is home at 9 pm on a Friday night. West coast members it would be 6 pm for them.
