I'm looking for any video clips available of Lightfoot. I've searched the CBC archives but nothing is downloadable...
Does anyone have any or could supply me with links to such video clips?

Downloadable if you know how

This subject has come up before particularly in a topic dating back to when the Archives were first revealed here in
December 2003 see:-
http://www.corfid.com/ubb/ultimatebb...=001882#000000
in that topic are details of how to grab the wmf (Windows Media Format) files using a programme called WMRecorder
originally posted to a Newsgroup thread by "peter" a.k.a g-man see:-

I personally have never done this nor purchased WMRecorder.
and another very nice wmf file of Inspiration Lady is hidden away on the Linus entertainment site at:-
In addition there is a "folk music" site which has similar wmf files made from a VHS tape of an Ian and Sylvia special
including an excellent version of EMR where Gord joins I and S on stage

Little Blurry Sir John, I know (you know), that was at Hamilton Place if Im not mistaken, Ian & Sylvia reunion, w/ Gordon Lightfoot, Murray McLauchlan, Judy Collins, Emmy Lou Harris, and a clip with Linda Ronstad w/ Ian & Sylvia...

The 3 of them on the photo were doing, 'Early Morning Rain', then Gord did 'Knotty Pine'. On CBC that's all we got, I know they did more than hour.

OK you are correct Jessi it is not your aging eyes,It simply is not the clearest video file and there are few chances to make a screenshot showing all three together
However I tried three more times and this is the best I can make

Thre same is largely true of the companion video the very nice Knotty Pine .It looks fine whilst watching it but here is a reasonable still screenshot:-
