Anyone planning on being at the concert on Sunday April 14th? From my view of the seating chart and according to the nice box office folks my wife and I are dead center front row! I've had the tickets so long they're starting to fade. Anyway, if you notice an average looking 48 year old with a USMC haicut in the front row stop by and say hello. (the secret password could be: HI are you Bill Wallace? my secret reply will be: YES and you might be?) One more clue: unless it's freezing I'll have on a Hawaiian shirt Hang loose.

Char,
Sounds great, hope to see you all there. You don't happen to have any backstage passes or anything like that?

I don't have backstage passes but from what I've heard it's very hectic and Lightfoot can't spend a lot of time with any one person. If you find out what door he leaves from and wait until his meet and greet stuff is finished inside he will stop and talk./sign on the way to his car and is usually very accomodating.

at the front .. either first or second
row (in my excitement I've forgotten and
I dont have the tickets!)
Look forward to meeting you there!

Bill, my brother and I have tickets for the Glenside show on the 14th too. We can't wait. I've had the tickets for forever too! We're going to the April 7th show in Lancaster, PA, so we'll be seeing Gord two weeks in a row. Hope to see you in Glenside!

I've been on the road for a couple of weeks and just saw the new additions to this topic! Sounds like a good turnout of corfid.com people. Maybe we could get a group shot with Gord and post it, or is that a little tacky? Anyway, we'll try and get there early and look for all of you. Have a safe trip. lavendar & jbt, you were there last year, no?
Bill

Last night's show at the American Music Theater in Lancaster, PA was awesome! Gord sounded great as usual. He played 25 songs with Early Morning Rain as the encore. We really enjoyed it and are looking forward to Sunday in Glenside!

I just saw Gordon in Albany, NY last weekend. He was great. (Of course, I always think he's great.) I hope you all enjoy the show in PA. His voice is much thinner now, but what can be expected? The man is 63. He still puts on a super show. I also want to add that he did 2 encores for us. I just found this message board today. I love it! Too bad I didn't find it before. Gord's been my favorite singer for almost 30 years.

Hi Watchman. Thanks for the welcome. I probably should have introduced myself in a post. I did visit the GL website and spent hours there. The site is fantastic, very comprehensive. I thank the people responsible for maintaining the site and for allowing me to "spend time" with my favorite artist.
