Gordon, I'm so envious....what a moment that must have been....I listen to his music every day, no kidding! That would be one of my wishes in this life is to sit down and speak to the man, oh what stories I'm sure he could tell. I also am a big fan of Jann Arden....she is the most funniest, talented, female canadian singer, very distinctive voice...hard to confuse her with any other...she's original for sure!

Yes Jann Arden is pretty good too... I've had the pleasure of meeting both Jann and Gord and having my photo taken with both of them.

Jann does the odd cover song like GL does however she writes 90% of her material which in my mind puts her in the same class as GL.
