You thought that was a joke? Our troops are lined up on this side of the border as I type this, armed with hockey sticks and maple syrup. We're coming to lay seige to Toronto and we aren't givin' up until we get our hands on Lightfoot, so we can bring him back and claim him on this side of the border.

I'll up the bet... I'll throw in Paul Simon and Bob Dylan.

I did a show at the Roselawn Theater in Port Colborne last year. One set was all Lightfoot tunes. I started off by offering to trade Dylan for Lightfoot. I got quite a few laughs over that one, but sadly no takers.

As far as sneaking Gord past Char, I have that strategy all planned out. I'm just going to place chocolates on the ground, each one about three feet apart and oriented in a northernly direction, right up Yonge Street.

don't surround her with chocolate. surround her with AF and Kris Kristofferson, and then, while she's distracted....

I'm sure AF would be happy to lay nice big sloppy kiss on you, and you wouldn't notice anything else...namely, the girls making off with GL. lol

Good eye JJ, send it on to the toothpaste companies - these guys pearly whites are better than the ones on the commercials.

I love that the boys make me look thin by scooching in close like that...lol
actually I asked them to scooch in to do just that last May after the AENGUS LIVE CD recording!
On Sunday I took a lovely shot of them together after the show and then said to Jory - "Okay-it's the traditional picture time!" He got a big smile and promptly led me and Aengus to a better spot by the fireplace for our pics! LOL And photographer Jenney snapped away! I said to Jory that he must think me a bit nuts but I appreciated his humouring me. He replied that he loved it and all the attention was good for his ego. What a guy! Too cute.Too damn cute by half!
