I tried to reply last night but ran out of time.
Yes,it's hard to beleive or even fathom that it was 30 years ago on April 4th,1984.
I saw it on the news and couldn;t beleive a father could do that to a son. (Of course I had no idea about the terrible things behind it.)
Diana's song was great,it reached #9 in March of 1985 (her final solo hit.)
(Not countning her smaller part in the #1 hit We Are The World (4 weeks).
Let's also not forget The Commodores (minus Lionel) with "Nightshift" that same month,reaching #3.
