Default Johnny Mathis - Wherefore And Why

I for one had never heard this before either
Now you can too!
actually I was once quite the Mathis fan "The Twelfth of Never" was my favourite but then it was spoiled when I found out that he was not necessarily singing love songs for his lady friends

That 2nd one sounded alright. At least Johnny Mathis said her face and not his face.
Not a bad song. Never heard it before.

LOL and well spotted Patti
I will just comment that Sir Elton did not shy from saying that the object of his affection in one of his songs was not a lady but Daniel
There is one mystery in this thread
I had given as a subject
Johnny Mathis - Wherefore And Why
and my original posting that was #1 had the youtube link to that song hence when I followed up with my second to display IYCRMM I commented "I for one had never heard this before either" that posting is now shown as #1 (actually it was #2)
I then tried to complete the story by saying qiuixotically "never two without three here is the third" but this is now post #2 (actually it was #3)
I do not know what happened to my first post and I have no copy of what I said in it but to restore sense to this thread here is the subject video (it had caught my attention primarily because I have always thought it was a great song and I think that Johnny's cover is the only one of the 12 that Wayne lists that I have heard
does anybody have Glen's version??
