Default CKUA Radio of Alberta interview with Gord

Don't know if anyone ever posted this. I found it while exploring the web this morning. I couldn't sleep. I believe most here will find the interview very interesting as he talks more specifically about the twitter "rumour" of his death. The interview starts off by asking Gord how he reacts to being called Canada's greatest singer/songwriter. Gord is his usual modest and humble self. Here is the link:

Thanks for posting the link...

How true that interview is... When I first met Gordon in 2001 I dldn't know how humble and unassuming he was. He made me feel like I was talking to an old friend and actually through his music, he has been a trusted and dear old friend. When Erin and I got married last Sept. of course we had to include "Beautiful" in our music. A couple of weeks later we saw Gord in concert in Iowa. When we got the biggest suprise when Gord said "I would like to dedicate this next song to Kevin and Erin who just got married." Then the band started "Beautiful" needless to say that made our night.
We then got a chance to say thanks after the show.
Hopefully a midwest tour date will appear soon.

Kevin

Had to laugh along with his anecdotes about dealing with the announcement of his death while driving by Mt. Pleasant Cemetery - good interview...
