Gord back at the Keswick!
Just got an email from Ticketmaster that Gord will be appearing at the Keswick on Sun, May 20! I was hoping that he wouldn't wait another year to vist us here in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area. I always liked the Keswick and I am thrilled!

I too was pleasantly surprised to see that Gord is coming back to the Keswick! We'll be there. Maybe you can meet for a Greek dinner if time allows. See you then!

Dang! I'll be laid up then. Tell him to drop by Hope Lodge in New York and bring his guitar.....

Greek dinner sounds great! Hopefully my sister will come along since drama seems to follow me when I come by myself.
Sorry you will be laid up, Fezo!

Re: Gord back at the Keswick!
OK we have reservations for 9 at Athena. Any lurkers are welcome to stop by and say hello. The actual guest list must remain secret for security reasons. Not sure if the original Keswick shirt still fits but I'll find something, LOL.

Re: Gord back at the Keswick!
Hope this isn't a security breach, Bill, but I'm soooo looking forward to Athena's. There will be tons of Gord chatter over delicious Greek food. Can't beat that especially since the second choices are Burger King or a sandwich at 7-11!

The first set was short, but Gord made up for it in the 2nd set. The front half of the theater was packed and the back was about 60% full. We were almost dead center about the middle of the front section. Luckily for us the seats in front of us were empty, so our views were great. Sometimes it's nice to sit farther back so you can see the show as a whole. Recent reviews have mentioned Gord being in great spirits with a twinkle in his eye etc. Last night was no exception, he was in great form. He mentioned heading back home after the show and that his cat was waiting for him lol.
Nine of us met at Athenas for dinner before the show. We had a great time as usual. We'll have to do it again next time. Hopefully Gord will keep the Keswick Theater in the rotation so we don't have to wait almost three years until he comes back again.

I second that emotion! Why I thought it was a good idea to come to work after a 3 hour drive home I can't explain - yawn! But the show was great and well worth it.

Good review, formerlylavender! A great show and a great time at the Keswick. The only question is, when will we be able to see Gord again??
