Re: Happy Easter!!!
Haven't eaten a single peep. Malted milk balls are another story.....
Happy Easter, all. We've had a nice one here.

Re: Happy Easter!!!
lol I also went peep-free. Scary little things and I can maybe tolerate one if it's stale (but I didn't). I had a few mini jelly beans though. Love the malted robin's eggs and I think this is the 1st Easter I hadn't any. Gotto be xtra careful since there's no flouride in the water here .

Re: Happy Easter!!!
AS you've seen a peep is a wonderful little marshmallow chicken. They have added new colors over the years, but the traditional one is yellow. My next Easter project is going to be to use peeps instead of mini-marshmallows on top of sweet potato casserole. My godson allowed me three this year. Tasty little things, LOL.

Re: Happy Easter!!!
We were going to have leg of lamb for Easter, but the butcher wasn't able to get it for us, so we were stuck with turkey. Thank goodness we didn't have any ham, as I'm starting to get kinda tired of the stuff. And as for eating Peeps, for me they're so sweet that if I eat too many of them I'd be bouncing off the walls, so I settled for some M&M's. Wildest thing that I did for Easter was to make up a bunch of Easter goody baggies, filled with a variety of candy such as M&Ms, peanut butter cups, mini-suckers, Hershey kisses, Butterfinger bits & a couple of other goodies. After all, for those who are kids or kids at heart, that, ultimately, is what Easter is all about...THE CANDY

My favorite is the Cadbury eggs - they're the best!
