Lightfoot got up from the audience and sang BOBBY McGEE with Kris but I'd run out of FILM!! I was so happy to see the picture of the two of them in the SONGBOOK booklet-I'd never seen a picture from that concert and started to wonder if it had all been a dream!lol

they divorced decades ago..he was too friendly with Sarah Miles when they were shooting The Sailor Who Fell From Grace With The Sea back in 1976 and in a nude photo shoot for Playboy..it was quite something! he's been married to his 3rd wife for 25 years and they have 5 kids. (he has 8 altogether) like gord he has a 14 year old and a 17 year old..all the way up to 46..gord's oldest is around 42 i think..

Hi Pammy, It was back in '79 when I sang that, but it wasn't exactly out in public. I was at a lady's house that used to be in a band in New York. I had no idea what was going on in Kris & Rita's life. But there were times in my life when I wondered, What would Rita Coolidge do.
