Default Shhhh Where's the "BIG Jesse"??

I have been asked if I know what has happened to the ebuliant , efforvescent and generally smiling person known hereabouts as Jesse Joe, a name I take credit for after Omer reached an impasse over the feminine Jesse Jo he started with.
So first of all Nightingale, of course I did not mind you contacting me by Private Message, I will firstly apologise for not replying directly yet but today I downloaded yet another wonderful vistory and thought that this would be an opportunity to do Omers self appointed job for him, because a little bird told me (yes I think it was a Nightingale singing in Berkely Square London!) that a little while ago he informed us that he was going to his second home (Kitchener) and to Montreal at about this time lets see yes in thread:-
http://www.corfid.com/vbb/showthread...ight=kitchener
our man revealed that from mid July he would travelling Westward Ho until late August
So I suspect that he has been unable to log on wherever he is. If I am correct we can now say whatever we like about him. I'll start by pointing out that this self-appointed keeper of the lists of Tom and company's video output has fallen seriously down on his jobi.I can only find his trumpeting as far as vistory V82 in the
Nous Vivons Ensemble thread at:-
http://www.corfid.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=18580&highlight=video\par
where Monsewer Joe revealed on July 15th that V82_Spin Spin was available

I consider that we should ask for nay demand his resignation forthwith
because there are now 6 more extant these being\
  1. V 83 I'm Not supposed To Care
  2. V84 The Way I Feel
  3. V85 Couchiching
  4. V86 Borderstone (who he??)
  5. V87 Ribbon Of Darkness
    plus I am currently downloading
  6. V88 Long River

V87 and V88 took me right back to early 1967, when having heard Spin Spin and The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face on Montreal's new CHAD-FM station I tracked down the Lightfoot! album at my neighbourhood (Dorval) Morgans (now known as The Bay I believe) and couldn't believe my ears at the melifluous sounds eminating from my not very hifi record player,. I was hooked, line and sinker for the next 41 years man and boy!!
Note that I am part way through thoroughly revising my how to save youtube videos tutorial so I hope to be back soon with a link to it
It will replace my initial attempt which is still worth reading at:-

OK We know that he is back so stop being rude to our once absent friend.
So far he has not reponded to his thread in any way that I can see.
Nor has he done anything whatsoever about fullfilling his self appointed role as keeper of the list of Tom's
group's videos. In fact the situation is getting worse by the day : when I first started this thread the vistories were up to V88
a check now at:-
http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=thomasj157
reveals that the latest uploading A.O.8th Ave is number V93
By the time it reaches the magic 100 (roughly a third of the way through Gord's recorded output)
I hope to have completed my own comprehensive listing and after uploading and clearing it with Tom I'll return
with a link for you

John - good of you 'ole boy, to post for Omer in absentia, I hope he is OK.. , but as I recall having read of his curiosity as to my whereabouts for some time, his inquiries as to if anyone had heard from me were met re-assuringly with - I'm sure he's OK etc., and everyone needs to make aother priorities at times.

I do hope he is OK, I'll betche he is, and perhaps he had important family business or similar; I look fwd to him posting again. I hope all is well. Thank you for the x-fer of the vistory's in his absence - you've assumed the roll with uncommon valour, and your usual, impeccable taste, panache, and aplombe Sir John, indeed, I say to you sir, Good day. or as Shut-up-and-Deal found in the vocabulary post - Adieu
p.s. hope you are well John, have not heard a lot from you lately. I hope all is well.

I believe in my friend, Jesse and never ever want to be rude to him. I hope you were just kidding, John.

jjo had posted that he'd be back in mid to LATE August...he should be in Kitchener by now, not far away and I believe there is heat, light and power and even internet cafes there, unless he's been chumming with the mennonites, lol

for folks into youtube and the gord lyric/photo videos, I believe you can subscribe to a user channel and be automatically notified whenever there is a new video added...if this is in fact the case, my intent in sharing this tidbit was not to make jjo's role here redundant. lol

travel safe and if you end up thumbing eastbound along the 401, what should I be looking for?

Great picture JJ that is almost exacty as I pictured Omer!!
and yes you have made him redundant!!!
Patti: yes of course I was joking
and yes I have subscribed to all those creative people like mike the krazykritic who are working on vistories a la Tom Salter so I can
readily see who has uploaded a new GL related video to youtube
My recent post was inspired by noticing that jjo had resumed posting on corfid (on either the test or small talk forums)

And further, that jj, which is what I used to call Jessie Joe when replying in post to him for convenience, is a different person ? ooops boy am I ambarrassed. jj , jjo, and Jessie- joe, and young Omer. Someone please help me understand - I seek knowledge at the top of Mt. Vulcan.....lol

The photo which I still dont know where you were hiding jj, when you took it, I never saw no one with a camera... lol, along with this great Carly Simon video song posted by Patti, really go well together. You guys are great ! I play the video and look at that pic, really good funny entertainment...
