Thanks for asking ! We LOVED Massey Hall and would return without question. The distance is a small issue, LOL. The seats seemed like they were the originals, installed before people grew to the current size so popular in 2008. They were fine for me and my family but seemed tight for a lot of customers.
The acoustics were wonderful, the ambience superb - I'd give it an A+ !!

It's time to hit the open range where the speed limit is 75 (and you can even tweak that to 82 or so). I enjoy your postings here.

Re: Happy Birthday Bill :)
Happy birthday Bill W. Hope you have a wonderful day. Glad you made it to Massey for a birthday trip.
We are "enjoying" a nice winter storm for your birthday. Hopefully it won't be 55 inches, we have passed the 7 inch mark, which was the least we were going to get. Stay warm, I am sending snow your way.

Happy Birthday Meat Head!
Hope you're feeling better or at least all goofed up on cold meds!

Yep - those Massey seats were meant for the smaller more compact folks back in the day..
Brink's so thoughtful ... and such a sharing kinda gal..

not many of us are getting any smaller (ok, except Dan ) but the gal beside me's elbows and forearm flesh were overflowing into my space and i felt like i should have been invoicing her, lol...anyhow, the domino effect was that i did the same overflowing into mich's seat and it carried on right toward the relief of the isle...my overflowing probably had nothing to do with this gal but it felt good to blame her for my body inflation (are we sure Massey didn't reduce seat sizes in order to increase venue seating capacity? in Ballard like fashion?, lol)
anyhow, following intermission i cunningly swapped seats with mich and let her see what it was like to have your elbows at an inward acute angle throughout the Wreck and ultimately right through CRT
but seriously, thanks for swinging the great seat locale, char...superb
this was supposed to be a simple billw birthday wish...sorry for the rant, lol....all the best to you, sir....you're one of the good apples...jj

Yep...that's why I always do my best to secure an aisle seat. That way I can lean far to the left, or far to the right to "Make Room for the Lady".
