The singer is Canadian, but not G.L. It's Rick Moranis, and this clip is from SCTV. I'm sure you are much too young to remember this terrific series. Let's just say it was like Saturday Night Live, only funnier!

I'm not gonna listen to it again..
every time I have..
I get the voice of GL stuck in my head singin supercalifragilistic for like, 5 hours!..
It was drivin me nuts last time after about 15 minutes..
