My name is Cindy and I am new to this group. I am searching for a niece of mine who was adopted from Toronto.
In the early 1980's I dated Michael Heffernan. I was hoping that maybe one member of this group might know how I could contact Mike so that I could ask him a question....OR...if anyone in this group knows Mike could you please ask him this question for me. My niece was born in a hospital in Toronto. I need the name of that hospital.
Mike drove me there to see her when she was one day old. I know Mike will remember the name of the hospital because it is the hospital his mother was in.

P.S. if anyone has ever wondered about how wonderful a man Mike is let me tell you this...he drove me to the hospital because he knew how important it was for me to see my niece and try to talk my sister out of giving her up. He didn't want to go to that hospital because of the sad memory it held for him. Being the man he was, Mike drove me there. Mike was a very selfless man. I never really did thank him enough for that (the foolish things we take for granted when we are young).
