I've been a Gordon Lightfoot fan since 1970, when he came and did a concert at Gordon College in Wenham, MA. "If You Could Read My Mind" had just hit the charts . . . so I kinda feel I helped boost his career(!) I'm now 55 years old and never tire of hearing his voice and lyrics. My wife and I have attended his concerts in Boston & Saratoga too.
My favorite song . . . there REALLY are many, would be "Dream Street Rose". Love that guitar pick after each time he sings the name!
Another favorite would have to be "The Circle Is Small".
Still another is "Now and Then" this is certainly one of his lesser known songs, but a beautiful ballad that I can push the repeat button . . . again & again!
