Dear all,
Any info or opinions on any band member?
What happened to John Stockfish from the first band?
Frank.

Terry Clements is awesome! Rick Haynes is an incredibly talented musician but apparently is associated with some religion that only allows its members to smile when the planets are aligned with the sun.

Terry Clements, I realize the more I listen to his music, the more talented he is.
Rick Haynes, he was very pleasant to us each time we have talked with him. He filled us in on many different interesting fact about the band. I was so surprised that he remembers many things about concerts that were held over twenty years ago. What a great bass player. Mike Heffernan-how much fun he is. He is a joy to talk to and can he play-Old Dan's Record wow! Barry Keane-quiet (I think-) kind, sociable and when he rings those bells on Winter's Night, it drives me crazy. What a great group of musicians and people.

Wow! This is a great story! Don't answer if it is too personal, but how did you happen to end up backstage in the first place? Were you working with the Gord entourage in some capacity, did you already know Barry personally, or did he just see you standing aound and happened to notice that you looked ill?
Stories like this make me sigh.I think it's so cool when guys are nuturing. My own spouse makes up for it in dozens of ways, but he's about as nuturing as a piranha.
I think James Taylor is pretty neat, too --
not exactly Gord, but good just the same. I hope that Barry has gotten the chance to play for him somewhere along the line.

hello all, I've never had a chance to meet anyone from the band. I have seen some different things on other sites and along the way. FYI, John Stockfish apparently did some work with Jim Croce, even lived with Croce and his wife for 6 months. I have no idea what he is doing these days though. Another old GL band musician, steel guitarist, Pee Wee Charles actually has his own website. http://topcities.com/computers/onebigeye/ed/music.html Some of you have probably seen it before, If so, sorry for repeating old news. Al
