This discussion board is missing something and I know what it is..LAMS!!!!! so I ask you, Gordon Lightfoot fanatics around the world to UNITE!! if we ask real,real nice she might just come back! so whatta ya say?? Thanks for your kind words. It was very sweet of you. I kind of figured no one wanted to see my name around here anymore. You guys kind of made my day. Chuck -- lol -- you certainly live up to your name!

Welcome back LAMS......It is good to hear from the OLD timers.
You may have been gone from this site for a while, but in my heart of hearts you really have never been gone. You are like one of my checks that I write. It always bounces back.
Let me ask you a few questions, "Does the light of passion still burn bright?" Is "It Worth Believen" that you will be back for good? Since you have been gone so long, "If you could read my mind", what would it say?
"Waiting for You" to return has been torture up here in the Northland, up here in the snow. Since you have been gone, all I had was "another empty bottle and another story to tell."

I just want to thank all of you. You are so kind to me. I want to take this opportunit to apologize sincerely for anyone I have offended and I have asked the Good Lord to watch my mouth, so I don't say anything wrong here again.

With a name like that, do you have a canadain connection or is it just a reference to Gord?Speaking as Maritimer in good standing, I have to ask.Ever been to a sugar bush camp where they poor steaming maple syrup in the frozen snow and then give you a stick to pick it up with.It is the consistency of toffee and so swwet that you think that you have died and gone to heaven.
Thank goodness that these forums allow us to say whatever it is we feel about Gord.I was a wandering Gord fan those years that he drank himself in a bottle and refued to support his habit.Thankfully,we both have grown up alot since then.
