Okay, it is just a tease. I am sure he is on his way somewhere. I am really excited because I won a 1978 MCLEAN'S magazine on e-bay. It was only 99 cents without shipping. Gordon is on the cover and inside it covers the first 20 years of his career. :cool
I hope it arrives soon.

He's on his way to my house too, in the form of the Sundown CD I ordered last week. Should be arriving any day now.

Gord arrived at my house last night. His voice is, as we speak, soothing my soul as he croons High and Dry from the Sundown CD. What a voice!

Hey Dream Street Rose,
I hope you do get that Macleans Magazine, Ive got mine since it came out in May 1978. Great reading in there, with a few great pics of Gordon.
It starts off w/ Gordon's Song...Portrait of the artist as a no longer-young man.
Can you beleive this? He was only 39 at that time...
Time does fly!!!

Hi Jesse-Joe,
That was around the first time I met Gordon. I can hardly wait to read about the "Old Man", at 39. What other magazines do you have with Gordon in it?

DSR I may be wrong but what I think young Walter was trying to say was that
unless he takes the plunge and orders the Bear Family bonus (Plus) version of Sunday Concert

the "Plus' is tracks 12 through 16
Gordon will not be on the way to him meaning in person or on record/CD

High and Dry is one of my most favorite songs off Sundown. I know it is not the strongest song on the album, lyrically speaking, but it's such a fun song.
I've been playing Old Dans Record ever since it hit my doorstep yesterday. What a great CD! I must have played It's Worth Believing 20 times already. I do believe this might become one of my all-time favorites!

Listen to the sea?"
My lordy he writes some beautiful lyrics. I love this guy! :D

From my new Sundown CD, my hands-down favorite is Too Late for Prayin'. It's incredible! Hard to believe my love could grow even more for the guy, but it has. :D

"Frets" Magazine - May 1985 (by Rick Gartner)
Just noticed with the article, I have ticket stubs from Nov. 4, 1989. Memories!!!
