I do miss when Gord used a lot of steel in his songs (1972-1982). I happen to think it sounded quite good, especially on "Sea of Tranquility" and "Heaven Help the Devil". I know he used a bit of it on Salute, but by then he had pretty much abandoned the country-influenced stuff. I know Pee Wee left in 1987. Any chance of his return?

I can't imagine anyone other than Gord could answer that, but he and Peewee must still be on good terms, Peewee was in the audience at Massey Hall Saturday night.

I think that I read somewhere that Pee Wee left in the middle of a tour and I don't ever remember GL asking him on another. He is ever present on GL's albums though.
