Borderstone, I was at Gordon's last concert in Orillia. These are the songs he did that evening:

Triangle,
All The Lovely Ladies,
Never Too Close,
Waiting For You,
Beautiful,
Let It Ride,
Rainy Day People,
The Watchmans Gone,
Ribbon Of Darkness,
Sundown,
Carefree Highway,
The Wreck Of The Edmund Fitzgerald,
The Pony Man,
Baby Step Back.

2nd set.

Harmony,
Couchiching,
(The above 2 songs were solo, no band)
Uncle Toad Said,
Spanish Moss,
Don Quixote
If You Could Read My Mind,
A Painter Passing Through,
Cotten Jenny,
Alberta Bound,
Restless,
Blackberry Wine
Canadian Railroad Trilogy,
Old Dan's Records.

End of concert.

I think that Cotton Jenny & Alberta Bound were unscheduled additions. Gordon uses 3 guitars on stage. A 6 string and a 12 string in standard tuning, plus another 12 string in dropped D tuning capoed at the 3rd fret. He refers to this as his "F Gibson". At this concert he had the standard tuned 12 string on stage for the first set. For songs like, Sundown, Carefree Highway etc. For the second set he had the "F" 12 string for CRRT, Early Morning Rain etc.
In response to requests from the audience, Gordon left the stage and returned with the standard 12 string and did Cotton Jenny & Alberta Bound. I was initially surprised that he did not do Early Morning Rain. In the ensuing circumstances it is quite understandable.

I hope you find this helpfull
CJ

Referring back to the topic that started this post, and correcting one of my earlier posts where I misspoke myself, the PBS 1972 Concert "Made in Chicago" featured just Gord, Terry and Rick Haynes (I said Red earlier). Here's the set list from that performance: The Patriot's Dream, Don Quixote, Affair on 8th Avenue, IYCRMM, It's Worth Believing, You Are What I Am, Beautiful, SDYS, 10* and Getting Colder, Softly, Boss Man, EMR, Can't Depend on Love, Cotton Jenny and Old Dan's Records. Rick1956 mentioned earlier that Gord dropped his pick and referred to picks being "elusive things." That was between SDYS and 10*, but most of his remarks are clipped out in the CD that I have - you hear him saying "elusive things" and that's about all. It was, though, one FINE concert and reminds me of the many concert performances I was lucky enough to attend back in the early to mid-70s. Gord's voice was truly at its finest then. In recent years I have been a little disappointed when I attend concerts and he doesn't perform several of what I consider his finer songs from those early days. The reason, undoubtedly, is that his vocal range just won't let him do some of those old classics any more. In particular I think of The Minstrel of the Dawn in this category. Ahh well, time and living take their toll on all of us in unfortunate ways. So, I'm rambling now. Chuck D. and PSA...please contact me here: transitguy2001@yahoo.com . We have some business to discuss.

For what it's worth, the Made in Chicago producer who got that show started and over saw the first incarnation of "Soundstage"
was Ken Erlich. You'll see his name every so often on credits for awards shows and such.
Now "Soundstage" is being produced by a Chicago record producer and a long time radio personality, Joe Thomas and Steve Dahl respectivly. Soundstage starts up again soon in High Definition over PBS.
