bob has been playing toronto for the last 2 nights and tonight is the 3rd show there.
he had been doing covers at these shows (Get out of denver from bob seger and a couple fo nights ago, jack white from the white stripes appeared on stage with dylan and performed Ball and Biscuit with him)
a few of us at the dylan forum have been thinking about whether lightfoot will appear for a performance with bob since the two of them are good friends.
one fan managed to get a copy of the cue sheet from the show yesterday and the image is in the thread below:

note a familiar song listed there as a possibility? i'll keep you guys posted!

Yes, yes, yes - let us know. I wouldn't be surprised if they've seen each other over this weekend at some point, or might tonight. Don't know if Gord will join in or just wave hello.

If he is going to be there,it's a perfectly appropriate way to begin his (love's) return. What better than to be onstage with the man who inspired you in the 1st place?
That in mind,I believe it will happen. If I'm wrong then, whoever that guy is that posted it on that Dylan site....he should get fired. (Again,if it's false.) Been me,later!

the guy who posted it is a very big dylan fan and also a lightfoot fan. he's a well respected man and if anyone sure get dired, it should be dylan for yet again, changing his mind at the last minute. he's been known to get our hopes up liek this before. but since jack white appeared on stage with him 2 days back in Detroit (home of the White Stripes), it would be fitting and possible that godon will appear. i'll die a happy man knowing that two of my favourite artists appeared together. Dylan has played Early morning rain years ago when he was playing Toronto. This will be the first time since their version of Ballad in Plain D in 1975 when they've appaeared together. oh lord, let it happen!

Well, let's think about this, Joveski. Gord has just had major surgery, both on his legs and abdomen. I doubt that he's in any kind of shape to get up on stage and perform. I mean, I am praying that you and your Dylan pal are right, but I think it's wishful thinking.
Let us know.

typical of our Bob, it didn't happen.
the cue sheet said that edmund fitzgerald was an option and it has been heard in soundchecks over the last few days but it never made the final setlist.
it was a case of putting 2 and 2 together. Bob duets with jack white when he played Detriot. now he's pl;aying toronto and had the wreck on his cue sheet.
didn't happen (but a great setlist anyway!)
