No Frank, but I do have an American DJ copy of "The Way I Feel" from his 1966 debut LP. Would I part with it? No way! I just got it about 3 weeks ago. Good luck finding that 45! later! Welcome,by the way!

My copy is on the Quality label.

E-mail me and I can send you a CD-R of it.

What's the difference between the other "Lesson In Love"? Or is it a different song from the one on the 'East Of Midnight' album??

Well DMD3,besides a difference of about 20 to 25 years,I'm sure it's safe to say the two musical styles and lyrics to either one, have got to be as different as night and day!

Since Frank says it was on a Nashville named label, the 1st would be a country-type song. I'm sure I don't have describe the AOL-Jazz influenced "Love" from 1986? Some folks weren't exactly looking for "depth" in music back in the early 60s,although I'm sure Gord & friend might have been a slight exception. I still want that Two Tones LP too! Grrr! Been me,Aurevoir!

The song "Lessons In Love" is the same song that Cliff Richard sings in 'The Young Ones' movie & soundtrack...completely different tune than the Lighfoot-penned song later;this
is a teen, almost doo-wop sound, completely different than anything else I've heard from
Gord...

Do you mean on the Quality label release by The Two Tones? Yes, he's the lead singer on it. Cliff sings it in the movie. I would guess that Cliff R. did it 1st and GL & TW heard it there and decided to record it; it is the studio cuts that follow the "Live" LP by The Two Tones on Canatal(Chateau, also I believe)
