Harmony has that special aura... it was produced after his illness. It's a great album, but I find the accompaniments to be a bit boring (except for Bob Doidge's work... my favorite songs on the CD).
As for the songs selection, I prefer Waiting For You.

Waiting For You is still one of my favorites. Didn't like it when I first heard it. It grows on you.

"Waiting for You" gets my vote. I'll explain more in my usual excruciatingly boring detail if I get a chance, but right now I'm preparing a professional presentation for the end of the month at an international conference; it's too bad I have to spend 4 or 5 days in Acapulco on some else's dime...
Cheers,
DQ
P.S. B'stone, don't take offense; Harmony has some great moments, too. I know how fond you are of "End of All Time"--in my opinion, an excellent song that just falls short of some of his best--and with great orchestration, too. Please don't make me listen to Streisand more than once. BTW, once, several years ago, when voice recognition software came out, with all its imperfections, I had a program that simply would not recognize when I said the word "people". One of the phrases it heard was "pit bull". All I could think of then was Streisand--"Pit bulls, people who need pit bulls, are the luckiest pit bulls..."

I don't know that boring is the right work. Simplified might be better.
No way am I listening to Babs 100 times...

Waiting for you .... by far and away his best recording.
It meant everything to me then, from the opening strains of "Restless" through to its final cut.
I could never imagine how the songs might crossover between the mere existence I wandered through in those times and the life and love I have now.
To My Lady ...
For every dream I'd ever taken to sleep
For the blossom of birth of a love I could keep

"Waiting For You" gets my vote....
Not for for the same reasons that Mr.Dixon so eloquently expressed, but for the more polished production. I actually think the songwriting on "Harmony" is a bit stronger.
(Mike D.....I've asked you this before...are you POSITIVE that you're not a songwriter ?)
