I was just joking around You asked why I simply put a smiley face in my reply. Sometimes when I can't think of anything at all to say but I want to say something of a favorable nature, I just answer with an emoticon.

So just for fun when you asked me why I put a smiley face I replied facetiously with a sad face LOL. But that was really for no purpose.

Sorry for sounding totally confusing

For example, if someone makes a post that contains only a joke, I answer with a smiley face.

So that's what he looks like. I wouldn't want to cross his line. You'll never get a picture of me on here, not anytime soon.

Same here DMD3. I am so not the person to give my pic online. No way!!! Not because I'm afraid or anything because I am not remotely photogenic! I don't even like to look in the mirror I am told that I can be very pretty but I don't believe any of them!

That's right DMD3! Don't cross my line, cause "my line is an Endless Wire!"

I was never one to put my picture out there either but I thought,"Why not?" It's not like I'll get discovered by Hollywood or something. I've always thought I took a good picture, what do you think? Been me,later!

P.S.: Since i took that picture I've grown a goatee. Now I'm really "baaaaaahd" news! - - -

I just looked back at this for the heck of it and I realized a couple of things. 1. I finally understand the title:I've uncovered my face or "broke cover". 2. I should have held up a Gordon Lightfoot CD or LP in my hand! Duh! 3.the picture's slightly green shade. Must be the lighting...or that i visited the Palo verde nuclear plant that day!! (Kidding.) Aurevoir!

Right the "WB" (Walter Borderstone) you more or less sussed it out
Actually My UK Collins Concise English Dictionary says as part of the definition of the word cover:
"28.break cover. To come out from a shelter or hiding place"
this is thus the opposite of
"27.take cover. to make for a place of safety or shelter"
which brings back memories of a 1944 German air raid and running to my grandfather's air raid shelter buried under his lawn, and seeing a house next morning up the road with its roof blown off

Anyone who tracks me down will be able to take my picture and post it on here with my permission. But, you've got to find me first. I've heard plenty of those stories how rapest get into chatrooms and pretend to be other children and then they find out info. about where other children live and then they go and rape them. For anyone like that out there, you'll never find me. But, "you are welcome to try if you like"...

I was breezing through the internet and found this site and then at random clicked into this section. I'm a Gorodon Lightfoot lover from way-way back (1968 to be exact) and always thuoght ole' Gordy was a rugged handsome brute! The guy at the top of all this here,Borderstone is it?,I got to say if I was about 20 and then some years younger,I'd be making my move! You are a downright looker! You're most likely taken though. I'm teasing,I've been married for 32 years. If I were younger and single, wooh! I have to say you have a lot of guts making yourself public on the internet! Nice to see there's still a following out there for Gordon,he deserves it more than anyone. Well,I'm going back to sleep, from North Dakota Good-day ay?

Depending on how fast he reads, your going to make his day for a few seconds and then ruin it when he finds out how 'old' you are.
