I have some jpg photos of a print by an artist who did a drawing of the edmund fitz back in 1979. I dont know how to get the photo to this site and was hopeing someone who let me email them the photos so they can post them here. I would like to sell the print to someone here on this site rather than someone else. It would make a nice picture framed in your house. It is a signed print by the artist.
thanks

Hooray, I was waiting to see what it was that you had. Email to either John (he'll give you a lecture about not reading his tutorial on the posting of pictures on the test forum go back 60 days) or Char, she sure has turned into the guru jr. of picture posting.

Char, just so you know, most ISPS give you some free server space with your account, so you are not dependent on a free site (which doesn't keep things indefinitely and may not be here 6 months from now). Rogers is a pretty big outfit, and a major ISP. I'd bet you have space just waiting for you to use it. You might want to inquire about it. You usually get a fixed amount, something like 5mb. That won't be enough for multiple mp3s, but it would hold a decent number of pictures. If you don't have anything written from them, just call them. You will need to use FTP to store your files (using your normal userid and password), and you would reference them on their site (something like http://rogers.com/lightfootfan (or whatever your email id is) and then / and the filename. You will have to check with them for the exact way to reference it. You "should" have an FTP program on your PC somewhere; in fact, recent (and not so recent) versions of IE have FTP built-in. (Before you get intimidated, let me tell you that both Cathy and Hamilton Camp proved very adept at storing and retrieving files from IE. If they can do it, you can).

Bullsh*t. Ham was a lot better at it than I was!
Hey, what's that supposed to mean? Are you implying that I'm not adept at computer tasks???? Huh? Hey, I am the building PC techie here in Limestone. I'm the computer goddess... at least until I move to Presque Isle next week!
And don't forget, Val. I'm the one who figured out how to make those lovely clips.

Val - Sir John has informed me that Rogers does have free webspace...However, upon looking at the "stuff" involved I quickly exited the site. I had a migraine for days...it wasn't pretty. I don't even understand half of what you just said!
lol
I need a personal tutor to sit with me-I learn best when I see/feel what I need to do by someone else's example....I may try it again-my neighbour is web maker or whatever you guys are called and he works for Rogers....he'll help me...I'd much rather a nice single male guy but the chances of that happening are beyond nil...
lol
I still want to figure out the radio/record thing!
