Nice pics. I like the one of him getting ready to hit the stage. If I may ask, how did you get to take these pics before the concert? I can see after the concert, but before? Pretty cool indeed!

The "Ready To Go On" pic would make a great album (aka CD) cover! In fact,I think I would have preferred it over the actual Salute cover.
