I GOT GOLD OF NORTH
OH, GOD FORGOT LINT
GO TROD, FIGHT LOON
not one of the more positive anagrams but interesting: NOT OF GOD OR LIGHT

I guess I must have too much free time too....
Here's a lame one:
NO, DO LIFT HOT GROG.
Something to play with between periods of utter terror and stultifying boredom here at work....Thanks for the idea!
------------------
"the mornin' after blues, from my head down to my shoes..."
"Laughing eyes and smiling face..."

Ok,I REALLY have to stop this - I just pretty much wasted a couple of hours on this....
Here goes: when you're happy with a friend's new place...
RIGHT ON, GOOD LOFT!
By the way, Gordon Lightfoot comes from Toronto (sort of) AND you can get "Toronto"
from "Gordon Lightfoot", anagram-wise, but no use (that I could find) for all the leftover letters!

Actually I have no alternative letter combination to offer but I thought you came up with really fascinating anagrams. Brilliant what the human mind can come up with, even be it with some digital help.
I was especially impressed with "TheOtterJudy"īs grog-lifting word salat as a nice "hot toddy" with Irish Whiskey has been my companion on the odd winter evening recently when typing these lines.
"The smoke is rising
in the shadows overhead,
my glass is almost empty.
I read again between
the lines upon the page..."

Cotton Jenney:
I took your "foot long" and made it into -
(Here's the scenario: a shoemaker is instructing his assistant on how to accomodate a customer who has mismatched foot sizes and needs shoes)
"DO RIGHT FOOT LONG."
Ok, so it's really stretching. So sue me....
Warning: if you start this, it is addicting.
