Darlene Love will be on Letterman for the 27th time singing Christmas Baby! She was 72 in July!
LOVE this song - youtube has many of the renditions over the years-always fun to see how the choir/band are dressed and the sax solo is always fun! Her first time in 1986 and last year-2012 at this link: -

Re: Christmas Songs.
Here's an original by a lady who I posted previously here.
This is an original and she in the beginning she explains the story behind the song.
It may seem strange to post a video of the same song that was already posted but the it's pretty touching since the previous posting has info on the background of it, I thought I'd still keep that one up.

Re: Christmas Songs.
If there's any version of the Rudolph song that I like, it's this one.

I've always been a sucker for the Roches Christmas album We Three Kings. Especially Do You Hear What I Hear?

I just found out about this tune by Christina Perri.
She's actually a great modern day artist.
Tell me if this get you.

Re: Christmas Songs.
Funny thing this isn't the original version of this song, though The Herald Simeone Chorale was the first to popularize it.
