Default Canary Yellow Canoe Tour Website

This is to let y'all know that we've finally updated Yuri's "Canary Yellow Canoe Tour" (Gordon Lightfoot In Toronto) web pages!

http://ca.geocities.com/amatniek@rog...tourindex.html

For those who have not been to the site, it was written for first-time visitors to Toronto to help them find their way around the town (and Province) while here for the Massey Hall concert.

Any comments, corrections, suggestions or recommendations are most welcome!

Wow !! VERY nicely done. Seeing Lightfoot at Massey will have to remain on my "bucket list" this time around, but your site will be remembered.

Cathy, I regret not mentioning this several months ago because I now know that we have lost at least one Lighthead due to US passport requirement changes, but you might want to find a place to mention it. The "American's Guide to Canada" does not appear to have been updated recently. Let me know if you want to add something, and I'll get you some authoritative links. Bottom line, you need a passport to return to the US from Canada by air (since some time this past January). You don't need it until July (I think) to cross the border by land (or sea). Again, if you want the authoritative information, I'll find the links again (says she, new passport in hand since March).

I hope we don't lose anybody else! For what it's worth, both my husband and I got our renewal passports very quickly and without expediting. John's arrived exactly 2 weeks after we mailed the applications (first class mail, nothing fast), and mine arrived three or four days later. There actually still might be time! The Passport Office won't give you a lot of hope at this short notice, but the reality can be much better than what they say!
