Lightfoot and Dylan

Can anyone tell me when Lightfoot and Dylan first met? Also I'm looking for information about a photo on another site...The two of them are seated, playing guitar with a female photgrapher walking through the shot in the background. I'm wondering where, when and by whom it was taken.

I don't know that either of them have ever mentioned (in print) where and when they first met but if I had to hazard a guess, I'd say it was shortly before or after Gord was signed with Albert Grossman, who was Dylan's agent at the time as well as Gord's. That would be in 1964.

it was one of the newport folk festivals.. forgot which one.
i think lightfoot was on the bill for the 65 one where dylan plugged in
