Recovery

I was not aware until today that he was so seriously ill. I'm shocked. I just found this site today and I'm glad I did. I know this is a few months late but I hope all is well with him and his family. I'll say a special prayer for them today.

I thought I was the only one silly enough to pray for celebs, but I guess I'm not so silly! (hee-hee). Not only have I been praying earnestly for GL's recovery, but a few years ago when Garth Brook's now ex-wife was threatening a miscarriage and bleeding heavily, and my daughters being ardent fans of his, I gathered them around and began praying for their baby. Little (not so little anymore) Taylor Maine Pearl Brooks survived...

I believe there is power in prayer.

You're not praying for "celebrities" ladies.
You're doing what any right thinking person would do,keeping another "human" in your prayers and thoughts.
If I had had time in either situation,I would have prayed for Maurice Gibb or John Ritter or any one of the "famous" who passed on suddenly last year.
These folks were and are human beings first and celebrities 2nd. The more down to earth "stars" know that and live it.
Don't ever be embarrassed to think of another,even if they're famous. Been me,later!
