I was at a show in T.O. probably around late '80's where Pee Wee blew his solo in "Old Dan's Records",(which is surprising given the number of times he has played it)

He hasn't appeared at a concert since, except the time he Red Shea were in the audience.

Gord's wife Elizabeth told me he went back to school.

What have you heard?

Rick told me a couple of years ago that PeeWee is selling real estate now!! Just FYI.

Further to my earlier mini tutorial on downloading videos from youtube .I have been contacted by PM by a damsel in distress, indeed I suspect she is verily on the "brink" of despair because my methods would not help her to save the three GL music videos as embedded in PeeWee's MySpace page at:-

Good point I thought and I seemed to recall reading of a method or program to do the same for myspace videos as countless programs do for youtube
I know that somewhere I have the three videos squirelled away but could not remember either where or even how I saved them, so as is my want I googled. The obvious leading result was that there is indeed a Firefox browser plug in and conveniently I have Firefox installed on my Ferrari notebook (plus I was evaluating Google's shiny Chrome browser) for those occasions when Internet Explorer is imminently going to explode.However I wasted a full 30 minutes unsuccesfully trying to grab that plug in.
Fed up I naturally regoogled and spotted

from where you can download the freeware program myspace video downloader version 3.16 which works a treat
It is a 1.75MB installation file myspace_d_setup.exe
so here is my mini tutorial

Saving MySpace Videos

1. Go to http://www.downloadtoolz.com/myspace/ and download the program
2. Install it
3. Open the program
4. Check the little box to "enable autostart downloads" which you can see on the screenshot below
5. select where you would like to save the video file and a format
6. for Peewees videos
7. go to:-

1. 
   http://www.myspace.com/peeweecharles
2. under each of the 4 videos is a tempting "menu" button be tempted and press it a pop up menu will err umm Pop Up showing "Embed Code and URL
   
3. select the "embed code and URL" option
4. 
5. Press the copy button to (do I have to spell everything out for you??)
6. copy that URL to your clipboard
7. In the program window (or Mackintosh??!)replace the example URL with PeeWees URL (from your clipboard of course)
   I am assuming that MACs have the clipboard facility, if not get a PC!![
8. Press "Add"
9. your desired video reference should appear and begin downloading
   
10. here are my three saved video files
11. Do note that I selected the avi format option because I know that it is then fairly easy to burn a DVD from that format.

OK 10/10 to anybody who spotted that I overlooked one of the 4 pukka music videos on PeeWee’s page

Thanks John. I was able to get three videos on the free download. I did not get In My Fashion, because you have to upgrade to get more than three.

But I was able to follow your directions. No more being on the "brink". Thanks John!

Yes,Yes,Yes Deb.I almost got caught out by that limitation/sales pitch too but I simply
removed one of the three listed downloads and/or opened the program from scratch. the three limit is in fact only the maxiimum you can simultaneously download at any one time.Good point though and one that I will add to my steps when I create a full video downloading tutorial.
Another thing since the menu finds you the actual video's URL then as with youtube if you were to including it in a message corfid should automatically parse it and embed it let's see
