I was going to pick East Of Midnight but then I realized the moon could be out anytime of night. (Yes that's the moon in the pic.)
I also looked at all my GL LP's & CD's and Gordon doesn't have any songs with the word Moon in the title.
Then it hit me! The hand is "C" shaped around what we see as very tiny round moon...or circle!
So the answer is,
"The Circle Is Small" (I Can See It In Your Eyes)!
If I'm wrong may I post a message quoting word for word, the lyrics to,"Gilligan's Island Theme! Opening credits & closing. (I hope I'm right.)

Hey John, I haven't guessed them all, I don't reply to every one of them, and have missed a few. lol I'm sharing like a good girl
Oh, the fun I had with that pic John! Here is some of the hilarity that ran through my mind (before I give my guess), Crossroads (lol, I have a low sense of humor anymore), I'll Do Anything, Anything For Love...oh it just goes on and on.
But I think it may be In My Fashion.
I'm probably wrong,but it's still funny.

Oh yeah, it is.

All fun, even if I'm all wrong.

Borderstone is correct with "The Circle Is Small" but you can still post Gilligan's Island if you like...
