After nearly (or more than 35 years),The Rolling Stones classic rock radio staple,"Sympathy For the devil",has been released as a single! It debuts this week at #97 on the afore mentioned chart. If this song were to actually make it to #40,it would be the Stones first top 40 since Jan. 1990 when,"A Rock and a Hard Place" hit #23. It would also give them a hit in every decade since their debut and give them a top 40 span of 40 years! Wow! Odds are slim though, given radio's attitude to certain older acts. On that note,a re-mix of Elvis Presley's,"Rubberneckin" debuted and peaked at #94 last week and has fallen a few notches down already. Just like last year's re-mix of,"A Little Less Conversation",which reached #50. Radio is a no-go. Just the same though, the fact they can chart at all in this hip-hop/dance day and age is still quite historical. Go Stones! Go Stones!

Been me,later!
