Greetings fellow GL fans. I've been searching high and low for guitar tablatures for Circle of Steel and Dan's Records. I'm even interested in the banjo licks in Dan's Records. If ANYONE can hook me up with these tabs or a site that includes these two tabs...PLEASE drop me a line! Thank ya, Drew

A Special thanks to Deb "brink" for hooking me up with a site... www.lightfoot.ca/ that had BOTH of these guitar tabs! Circle of Steel sounds incredible. I even whistle to the intro measure to compensate for the flute. You people are GREAT! Thanks again Deb.

Yes, his sight only provided chord tabs, which left a lot to be desired from Old Dan's song. Though the Circle of Steel offering was well filling and very well rounded with only the chords. I added picking the ending verse measure's D chord strings, (instep with the season...on the double...her bad habits...for that reason) individually after strumming it once as (gentle strumm xx0232, followed by picking xx0xxx> xxxx3x> xxx2xx> xxxxx2) which gave it a pretty sound close to what he did.

Carefree Highway includes a hearty 10 chords but has a double voice where there is a second guitar. But the song sounds fuller played with the chords of guitar one or incomplete with just the second guitar. I often combine tabs with chords for that full sound you cant get without a second guitar and bass.

Yes, Wayne's site's just the basic chords but does include an impressive list of Gord songs. In my case, looking for Circle of Steel as hard as I have, beggers cant be choosers. heh heh When it comes down to it, a lot of Gords stuff is very simple top neck stuff anyway...though brilliant when interwoven with those lyrics.

Any ideas or other sites out there?
