For one the red button has never linked to "my site" but as I have written a few hundred times it automatically opens mIRC, providing you already have mIRC installed.IF you had read and inwardly digested my fullsome explanation in the parallel Friday chat topic of how I managed to get the red button to open the non-standard .i.e. does not start "http" link:-

you would perhaps understand what is behind my fabulous colored buttons especially the dinky red one,
And for two I clicked on the red button above and blow me down wiv a fevver the chat roon opened absolutely correctly using mIRC as intended.
All I can now say is "if at first you don't succeed suck eggs"
Or try any one of the other red buttons I have sprinkled they all worked when I tested them.

lnk.in is a free forwarding srevice that should go to the URL

This UBB forum will not show that as a clickable hyperlink but anybody having trouble can copy and paste it into their browser (providing they already have mIRC of course)

Laurel - that's where I got directed to - Link.In...and then it would disappear and say the page could not be displayed before I could even click on the link to CHAT!!!
