We are off for downtown Minneapolis in just a little bit to see Garrison Keillor and the "Prairie Home Companion". The special guests are Cowboy Jack Clement, Carrie Rodriquez, Louis
Jenkins and then Peter Ostoushko and Andy Stein.

I'm a big fan of APHC. Luckily my local NPR station airs the broadcast 3 times over the weekend so I get to hear it more often than not. I have only attended the show in person once but loved it. Garrison Keillor may just be the best storyteller on the planet! Have a great time....

We did have a great time! We always listen to it on the radio, but it is SO different being there in person. Carrie Rodriguez is a little itty bitty girl with this awesome "gigantic" voice!!It almost seems incongruous. Definitely glad we went. (Incidentally, when we went into the theatre, it was 84 degrees outside. In two hours, when we came out it was 64 degrees, and when we got home it was 54.....really weird weather.)
