Saw Gord at the Count Basie in Red Bank, NJ last night--I was thrilled to see him again, finally. I thought he looked pretty good for what he's gone through and thoroughly enjoyed the concert--the band was great, as usual. Now I'm counting the hours till I see him again at Town Hall in NYC on Saturday.

I was debating whether I should go, would have had to drive by myself, 1-1/2 hours in unfamiliar territory. Ended up not going but I'll be at his AC show tomorrow night and I saw him August 18. Glad you enjoyed the show, hope Town Hall is good too.

Although I'm a longtime "lurker" here, I've never posted before. However, I was fortunate enough to attend the show at Count Basie theater on Wednesday, and since no one else has posted a set list, here is mine:
1. Spanish Moss
2. Minstrel of the Dawn
3. In my Way
4. Harmony
5. Never Too Close
6. Cape Horn
7. Rainy Day People
8. Sea of Tranquility
9. Cotton Jenny
10. Ribbon of Darkness
11. Sundown
12. I Used To Be a Country Singer
13. Wreck

INTERMISSION

1. Pony Man
2. Beautiful
3. Let It Go
4. If You Could Read My Mind
5. Rhyme
6. Couchiching
7. Clouds of Loneliness
8. Baby Step Back
9. Canadian RR Trilogy
10. Restless
11. Old Dan's Records

ENCORE

Early Morning Rain

I won't presume to offer a critique except to say that it wasn't nearly long enough!!

Sorry, that was my note to myself about the song. I had never heard it before, and unfortunately, it was the only one all night where the words were obscured by the instruments. That was the only thing I could really pick out, and I intended to look it up and see what song it came from before I posted. Can someone help me out?

I presume "Let It Go" is actually "Shadows"?
