Like so many people, my favorite song(s) change over time. For the last several months I feel a deep connection to... "Sit Down Young Stranger" and " The Mountains and Maryann" Incredible!

I agree 100%. Song for a winter's night never gets old. And Harmony gets more profound every time I hear it. His lyrics have gotten much simpler and purer for that.

Yes Song for a Winters night is beautiful. I think 14 Karat Gold, In My Fashion and Shadows (all three are from Shadows) are incredible

My favorite GL is "The Last Time I Saw Her". You dont really get the true meaning of the song until the last line. Other favorites are "Beautiful" and "The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald".
I saw Gordon at a taping for a public radio show about 4 years ago and, although it was a very abreviated "concert", he was a captivating as ever.

Having only got into G.L. over the last year or so my favorite songs would have to be, Canadian Railroad Trilogy, The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald and If you could read my mind.
