I can't believe I'm the first to post about this.

It was a great concert and GL's voice sounded wonderful, clear, strong, beautiful. He sounded better to me and my husband than he did at the August 2006 concert in Concord, NH. He looked strong, healthy and happy.

We had the pleasure of meeting him after the concert and he couldn't have been nicer, warmer or kinder to each and every person there.

I'm sorry, I didn't keep a set list but he I know he started with Cotton Jenny, then Carefree Highway and then my memory fails me. He didn't do Canadian Railroad Trilogy (one of my favorites - perhaps my very favorite) - I wonder, does he still perform this song?

Anyway, it was a particularly outstanding concert! I'm looking forward to reading other Corfidian's comments.

We were also were lucky to get an a nice "Beautiful" from Gord...

Great playing by the band... Terry Clements just gets better and better...

Of course I was very pleased he did "Blackberry Wine"...

I love the "Town Hall Venue" - Gord commented on first playing there and then talked about other venues he played thru the 70s and 80s wondering how he was able to get thru some of those years...

Great to hear that he's sounding so fabulous!
He still does Trilogy but perhaps being in the States he chose to do just one of the 'epic' songs and did The Wreck instead.

He mentioned he likes performing at Town Hall and it sounded like he has a bit of a soft spot for it..I'm sure he has some great memories even if he wonders how he got thru the 70's and 80's!

I attended as well. Thought Restless and Painter Passing through were the standouts. He seemed quite pumped to be in New York..said great to be back in the bright lights and big city.

His guitar playing is completely back to normal now, perfect finger picking.

Only surprise.it wasn't sold out. Orchestra was full but about one third of the balcony not full.

All in all a great experience

Ann... whether you are married or not,I just have to say this.
(In the most proper gentlmanly manner):
"I'm telling you,that you're Beautiful".

In a typical guy way now,you are one foxy lady too! ...but I'm still... ing!

You're husband is one of the luckiest guys on earth. Oh..great pics too.
