00:39 and 01:51 (or thereabouts).
The second high note sounds wrong.
Is it covering up some mistake in the original GL demo ?

Your first and second note's sound way off key to me.Sure enough,as you mentioned in your 1st note,"Had He not fallen ill,we would have heard something different".Why not take it one more step and say "If He had not aged 25 year's...".This ain't the 70's and He did fall ill,Very Ill.
I,for one,was just happy to see that He even pulled through, let alone even pulled off another album during his recovery.Until "Harmony" came to be,I have never been able to pin down a favorite GL song or album. Now,I can say that "Harmony" is MY favorite album(CD).
If all You can do is find fault with this "Gift",may I suggest that You might think of something else to talk about.
Just My Opinion

Why can't you just be happy there is still a note to consider?

I worked for a program director once at a classical station who could pick one bad note out of a symphony recording and loved to do so. Impressive? Yes. Relevant? No. It's a case of not seeing the forest for the trees.
