Gord, as I recall has only been in show business for the past 50 years...

Err Umm Steve
In fact at the Royal Albert Hall on 10 June 1972, which by my reckoning was after your "following spring"
Gord actually introduced "Red Shea on Lead Guitar AND Terry Clements on guitar" or words to that effect . I think Red a.k.a Les Pouliot appeared in concert as part of the Lightfoot band up until about 1974/75

The way I understand it was he left around the 1971 time frame. .. and later returned to do about a year of shows(both Terry and Red playing) about 1975.

(I made a inquiry of corfidians for any videos of the Terry and Red shows a few days ago)

John, this is wonderful stuff and I couldn't tell you here how good seeing it makes me feel.

This is vintage Red Shea.

I can remember when Red came into the band and when he left but I just didn't think about writing it down so I can't quote the dates.

I'm just very aware of how lucky I was to have lived through that wonderful era of being in his presence and of having had the opportunity to see him perform live with Gord on the many occasions.

RJ.

thanks for sharing this, wonderful...that Brian Sklar is still fiddlin out there...he kind of reminds me, voice-wise and facially, of a young Red Green YouTube - Steve and Morag Smith

still can't find him on any Tommy Hunter Show footage
