I'm so glad we got to see Gordon @ Universal Amphitheater in the summer of 1978 (we were out west on vacation & had tickets to see him a week later back on the East Coast). I prevailed on my husband to get tickets to see him here (in what what would be the 2nd time we got to see him - the first time was in our hometown Philly, PA in July 1977). I remember the trees on stage & how enthusiastic & knowledgeable the audience was based on the songs they were calling out (the album tracks that you would only know if you were familiar with the albums). What a night!
