Howdy Ya,ll !!
Yessiirreee,we love the man down here in the "Hot,sickly,South".As tough as it is to refer to the Legend as an actor,he has done OK,by standards, although "Harry Tracey"is the only movie I know of that Gord was in.Aside from TV specials and stuff like that, does anyone know of any other movies He has played in? Jack,

As far as I know "Harry Tracy" is the only movie he's done. He did an episode of the old TV series "Hotel" too. I remember him saying in an interview that it (movie-making) was fun but he didn't like the way his speaking voice sounded - it wasn't an actor's voice, so he decided to stick with what he did best (and would that more people would do that.)

Except for the above mentioned movie, his only other filmwork is just giving the song,"Ghosts Of Cape Horn" to a documentary film and of course giving the title song to Michael Douglases 1st movie,"Hail Hero". A film that easily could have been based on,"Sit Down Young Stranger". That's all I can think of,Borderstone-Outta here and Alberta Bound!

I have a copy of Harry Tracy and it is on ebay occasionally. I think I paid $4.00 for my copy plus shipping. Sometimes you can find it on amazon, used copies for sale.

If I had (or even wanted) a credit card,I'd buy it on e-bay because I haven't seen it either and you can rest assured there's likely 1 billion or more people that haven't either. If you believe in Karma though,we are all putting this need to see this movie out there in the universe,so maybe it will come back to us and we'll see it on TV or find it for sale somewhere besides e-bay. Keep you fingers crossed! Borderstone,O.H. & A.B.

Border and others, you don't need a credit card to buy things on eBay. I've won (and paid for) hundreds of auctions using postal money orders. Most sellers will take them. They cost 90 cents, which does add up, but it's worth it if you don't want to put your financial information on the Web.

I have a copy of Gordon on "Hotel". It was a truly typical (i.e. terrible) TV show. He plays a recovering drunken country singer. Maybe playing true to life??? Big nothing of a story line but he did sign some "East of Midnight" material.

You only need a credit registered with Ebay if you are going to sell items. If your only buying, no need for one.

If you remember I Spy with Bill Cosby and Robert Culp, To my understanding they never did an episode in Canada but if they did it would of been nice to have included Lightfoot in it. Cosby and Culp are flying to Canada in the early morning rain.
