Not that I'm into continuing this either but just a short comment on last night's D. Convention. After watching this, how could anyone in their right mind and good concience possibly vote for Bush?
I know there are stubborn hardline Rep.'s that will,no matter what Bush does and of course the people that support his views on same gender marriage.
...but overall,I don't see any possible way he can win unless America is actually satisfied with the way things are! If a gloomy future is what they want then (as Clinton said last night)>vote for them! (B. & Cheney & the Rep.s
Been me,hurry up election day,I want to help restore hope!

Douglas would you stop with the swearing? and leave this topic in the gutter where it belongs. You seems to delight in irratating everyone. I'm afraid you have pushed our patience to the limit. Act mature or just leave. I'm sorry but you have just worn us out. We have kids at home, this is our get away.

I'm going to do us all a favor here. Since I can't delete or lock this topic,
I'll do this--------> I'm going to type a line below and to all that read this & see the line,I want you to avoid the temtation to post a message and bring this back to the top of the list! In other words, don't cross the line! It's time this topic ended, now! Besides, does anyone by this time even remember what the Pes.'s speech was about anyway? Of course not,so now.....THE-END!

Re: bush's address to the american people!!
Please forgive my bringing this topic up but...I can't believe this was already four years ago!
As we know it's getting around election time again and I (honestly!) was going through the older threads and spotted this one and re-read it. Not exactly our best moment here was it?
Anyway, the election is 2 & 1/2 month out and in reference only to "Georgie" finally leaving office come January....let me quote the late Gerald Ford and say this :
"My fellow Americans!" "Our long national nightmare is over!"
I'll keep my fingers crossed for Super Tuesday!

How come people can say whatever they want about George Bush and the thread will last for years......... yet if someone speaks out against killing children through abortion or infanticide the thread gets removed??? Why the double standard?
