sound test ... testing .... 1 ... 2 .... 3
Am I on ? Can they hear me ?
Ahem .... ok
Laaaaaadieeeeeeesssss and Geeentllllemen!!!
Welcome my friends ... welcome...
Come in! Come in!
All of us under the Big Top together ...
that's right ... plenty of room ...
Come in! Come in!
Enter for something outside the routine!
Time, Worry and Disbelief suspended while we live inside this moment.
It's time to play:
NAME THAT TROLL!!!!!!
A coming out parade of questionable celebrities and sideshow strangers!!!
Grab a seat ringside and pay attention, because our first guest tonight is......
<<drum roll>>
Well, we'd LOVE to identify him, but even he doesn't know who he is .... so how can we ?"
It's a Mystery folks, Mystery deep and wide.
But we know he is a Troll! We know he tries to run the show!
Give him a hand or give him the finger, but let's find out who he is!!!
It's easy to play and we've already paid, over and over again...
Dim the lights ... he just might come out ....

Well L I've always enjoyed a good circus, as long as they're kind to their elephants !
So I accept - now how do we play ?

Jesse-Joe,
An encore ? I hope not. You've stepped right up and fessed'up. Good enough for me.

Mike,
It seems our posts transposed. I do hope the objectionable behavior cited will subside, and the admitted troll's confession is sincere, and accompanied by change.
Are you sure you're not a songwriter ? "Pealing Thunder" and "The Lady Has Her Own Thoughts" sound like song titles to me.

Mike,
Keep writing, you do it well.
On topics such as this, I have no idea what is right or wrong, or what's going on. There seems to be a curtain of backchannel bullshit (hey!, before you alert the censors, I remind you that this is a word from "The Watchman's Gone")veiling the entirety of truth.
I have my opinions, but their value is of no more or any less than other's.
You and LSH seem to work in tandem, and it is quite enjoyable.

Looks like I arrived late as usual. I like a good circus too. Corfid is home to several side show freaks which makes for a frolicking good time.

OOOOOKKK sOOOO. Anyone know a Lightfoot tune that would help here ? How about "The House You Live In" ?
I can see some of what is going on but the insiders' knowledge is far deeper than I could ever know, so I won't comment, other than:
Thank you to whomever has endeavoured to make things right, and work to find out what is going on, I will reserve any comment until I know what is going on and am up to speed.
You know, a wise man keeps his mouth shut until he has something informed and useful to say. And that isn't me right now. I will take a bag of hot peanuts though, vendor-man !
Meantimee, I'll be over by the one armed jugglers, the ego and the ID. And Jenny Lind. Good people. Later !

Now, I don't know any secrets! but I do have eyes that see
and like the elephants that run the circus with in this thread...a long, long memory!
To play this game you must watch and measure in your mind
that line between respect and disrespect, between care and disregard
Out of the kaliedescope of words ... certain patterns will emerge ...
who says what to whom and when...the slow revelation of a hidden card...
In my humble estimation, shadows cling to more than the one, obvious name
but I'm just Ring Master of this flea-bit circus...not master of the phishing/trolling game.
(um, also, the Elephants really do run this joint, so EASE UP on the peanuts, ok folks?? You have no idea what I'm facing if we run out! Sheesh, doesn't anyone eat cotton candy anymore?)

Hey Steve,
Just FYI if you don't know this one. If a person deletes the first post in a thread not only that post but all the reponses are deleted as well. That may explain some of your 'missing' posts.

I hadn't lumped you in with the side show freaks, but if you want to be there, I'm sure they'd take ya. They remind me of Canada, they'll take anybody willing to come over.

Yes, they take a shady looking guy like me and don't even ask for an ID! They don't want to let me come back into the U.S., but they have no choice. It's like I have to convince them that I should be allowed back into my own country.

Char,
I remember you saying that you don't have a driver's license and always take buses. How many times has this happened and how often do you cross into the U.S. via Buffalo? When was the last time you crossed and didn't have to provide ID?
