Default BELFAST Ireland-May 31-2016-Rick's gear-UK

RICK: For this UK tour which started in Scotland, wound thru England, over to Belfast in Northern Ireland (today) and winds up in Dublin in "The Republic" tomorrow, we brought our own guitars, bass, drum kit and microphones. Basicaslly, everything else, like amplifiers, keyboards, sound and lights was rented locally. Mike brought some computers loaded up to run the keyboards.

Here's my rig - My Fender (of course), the exact same model Ampeg SVT-6PRO amplifier that I carry all over North America, and a pretty stout Mesa Boogie speaker box.

CARTER: Tonight I'm performing with the legendary Gordon Lightfoot at the fabulous Waterfront Hall in Belfast Ireland. The Waterfront is a beautiful purpose built performance hall with an incredible PA. I think it's going to be a great show tonight!

RICK: The Waterfront Hall - a beautiful theater in the charming city of Belfast, Northern Ireland, on the banks of the Lagan River. The rich history of the area, including the legendary stories of the early inhabitants and the Farset River coming down from the mountains is fascinating. It's truly heartwarming to see the huge changes since we were here last in 1981.
