i make a point of checking where just about everthing I buy is made and it always surprises me that the majority of even humdrum items are all made in China the country's industrial capacity is amazing and of course we benefit from the lower prices this brings.

I used to rationalise that OK they have to buy their airliners from the USA but as well as the Airbus project they now have two new airliners of their own under development
